The Agency Agency currently accepts the following insurance:

• BCBS PPO

• Blue Choice Options

• Blue Choice Preferred

• Blue Choice Select

• Blue High Performance

• Cigna PPO

• Aetna (most plans including Aetna HMO)

• United PPO

I unfortunately do not accept any medicare/medicaid plans, even if they are provided by one of the above insurance companies.

You can double check with your insurance provider to see if either Isaac Samuelson or the Agency Agency is listed as in network.
